The first Osiris concept took the form
Of son of morning slain by brother Set
And severed distributions brought to storm
Begetting Horus' battle uncle met.
The Christ was sun of mourning dew to save
His chosen people damned by god for gold
As calf to worship idol's petty grave
But given silver star's Messiah bold.
Of Jesus cruciform as savior raised
The concept fell to Roman hands for brutes
And saints rewrote the story showing praised
To steal the barren soul as spear uproots.
From gods to archetypes to man it fell
Ascent of mourning taken base for shell.
