Untying Argo Knots

The youth with missing shoe and lances held
Encountered king with hope of promised throne
And uncle seeking reign prolonged withheld
Ascension bold demanding golden crone.
The Argonauts as raiders sailed in ship
With prow of sibyl daring tests of fate
And came to sea of black obtaining grip
On golden fleece escaping king in hate.
The journey back to tail with golden crone
Was halted under thunderbolts of Zeus
Obliterating Argonauts for throne
Of Indra sinking Argo bursting noose.
The golden fleece of Jason sought to sink
And Argo knots destroyed descend from link.
